Polar Meetings to operate for Snow White

Polar Meetings ltd., a known conference and program organizer, broadened its product range with a bang in Levi, as it started operating the recently completed Snow White apartment hotels "Levi Klub" and "Unna & Mánnu". Polar Meetings CEO Helena Syvänen now also holds the position of a hotel manager, and has thus become the official "Mrs. Snow White".
-We now have app. 450 beds, since we continue to let Levi Origo, Kausikämpät, Villa Net and Villa Golf. Our accommodation capacity spans from comfortably equipped holiday apartments to over 300m² luxury penthouses right in the centre of Levi, says Helena Syvänen.
- The Snow White concept is new in Levi, and the standard of the new apartments is high. At Levi Klub, next to the golf course, we have 40 apartments, and 24 in the new shopping centre at Levin Tori. Snow White concept will also be further expanded next spring, when the building of apartment hotel Aurora Sky will start in Levi Tieva.

In November Polar Meetings moves its office to a new address, Mariankuja 6, right next to Levin Tori. The official opening took place last Saturday, but the actual process of moving is yet to be finished. The new office has more space in two floors, so all of the seven permanent employees as well as the two interns will now get efficient working spaces.
-Expanding our operations was possible by hiring more people. We are supported by a strong network of local partners, since cleaning of and supplying for the new apartments is done by Kiinteistövirkut, and there is plenty of strong expertise for catering and program services as well. With a new hotel Sokos and several new restaurants at Levin Tori, and an exotic scenic Kammi and glass-igloos in Utsuvaara there are plenty of quality services to offer tourists wonderful experiences in Levi. Polar Meetings also continues to operate for Europcar.
Polar Meetings is in charge of operations for Snow White in Levi, which means that all contracts and work orders go through Helena Syvänen. Snow Whites own safari & activity programs are currently being composed, and the Snow White products such as Villeroy & Bosch dinner sets can be bought from the new office of Polar Meetings. Snow White being a completely new concept, Polar Meetings is actively taking part in the process of service concept development as it in a key position to see the opportunities to improve and optimize the services.
