We can arrange all the meeting -and congress reservations in Levi. From little to large groups, we will choose the best meeting or congress facilities according the clients wishes. There are large amount of meeting facilities in Levi, also the unique and experienced meetings can be arranged for example in the middle of Lappish nature. *Conference House Villa Netti

Polar Meetings Ltd´s own conference house Villa Netti is an excellent combination of meeting facilities and accommodation. House is max. for 18 people, meeting/ dining table for 20 people. Villa Netti is located by the beautiful Lake Immeljärvi, only 1 km from Levi centre. It is easy to have the accommodation and meeting in the same house, we can arrange all the meeting equipment, caterings etc. to Villa Netti. Conference rooms can simultaneously host up to 1000 attendees. Facilities can be divided into smaller spaces with movable, soundproof walls or annexed to other spaces or to the foyer.

Additionally in two of the accomodation buildings is a large Lapp style conference room which also has a sauna that may be reserved. The conference room and the sauna dressing room both have an open fireplace.

On floor K1 of the hotel there are two 100 square-metre meeting rooms, one of which can be divided with sound-proofed partitions into three areas of equal size for the use groups.

The other large conference space on floor K1 can be divided into three equal-sized spaces for group work with movable sound-proofed partitions.

On the second floor of the hotel is a 40 square-metre boardroom with fixtures. A special feature of this meeting room is a picture window with a view of the bar. The interior decoration of the room is in tones of gold and copper in the walls and the floor.
